1. State the type of request: access, correction, export, deletion, objection, consent withdrawal or another applicable right.
2. Identify the relevant account or organization and whether you are its authorized representative.
3. Start with a short description. Do not attach identity documents, customer datasets, credentials or raw traces.

We may ask for proportionate verification and clarify scope. Statutory response periods and lawful exceptions depend on the applicable law. If your employer or another customer controls the information, contact that organization first.

Coordinate with the workspace owner, export required records, confirm subscription cancellation and revoke integration credentials. Tell us whether you need account deletion, organization data deletion or both. Shared records, legal retention, backups and customer-controlled exports need separate handling.

Ask for the production provider/region schedule, processing agreement, transfer documentation, retention and backup schedule, access controls and current assurance evidence. Tell us the data categories and jurisdictions you need to support. No real customer content is needed to start the review.
