Cancellation & refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage cancellation through the billing portal where available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with access retained until then under the applicable plan. If the portal is unavailable, contact support@nyraxis.io with your account and order reference.

Stopping use or deleting a login is not a substitute for confirming subscription cancellation. Check the cancellation confirmation and effective date.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise. This restates the existing Terms of Service; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

For an unexpected charge, duplicate payment or service issue, send the order reference and a short description to support@nyraxis.io. Do not send card details. We review the request against the order, applicable agreement and law. This page does not promise a refund approval or a processing deadline.

Assessment purchases are distinct from software subscriptions. Confirm written authorization, endpoints, permitted tests, deliverables, scheduling and any retest window before ordering. A separately agreed statement of work governs its specific scope and commercial terms. No test promises complete attack coverage or certification.

Contact us before cancelling or changing an assessment. Any agreed refund or rescheduling arrangement must be confirmed in writing, subject to mandatory law.

Polar handles the configured checkout and billing service; review its checkout terms, taxes, currency and renewal interval before paying. Keep the receipt. A success parameter in a return URL does not verify payment. Fulfilment and entitlements depend on confirmed payment records.
