These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nyraxis platform and nyraxis.io (the "Service"), operated by Legacy Edge Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India, trading as Nyraxis ("Nyraxis", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it.
1. The Service
Nyraxis is an AI agent security platform. It provides red-team scans (simulated attacks against AI agents), inline governance (such as PII and prompt-injection detection), OpenTelemetry-based trace observability, and compliance report templates. The Service is offered as a hosted cloud product and as a self-hosted deployment.
2. Accounts and organizations
Access to the Service requires an account. Users are organized into organizations with role-based access (such as owner, admin, and member). You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
Nyraxis is a security testing tool. This section is the core of these Terms, and breaching it is grounds for immediate termination.
Authorized testing only. You may run red-team scans and attack simulations only against AI systems, endpoints, and infrastructure that you own or that you have explicit written authorization from the owner to test. We recommend scanning staging deployments with synthetic data rather than production systems with real user data.
You must not:
- Scan, probe, or attack any system without the owner's authorization.
- Use the Service to develop, deliver, or distribute malware, or to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
- Use scan results or attack techniques learned through the Service against third parties.
- Submit content that is unlawful, or personal data you have no right to process.
- Attempt to disrupt the Service itself, bypass its security controls, or probe other customers' data or workspaces.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as agreed in writing (for example, under an agency arrangement).
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized testing and, where required, report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Plans and billing
The Service is offered on free and paid tiers as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, Polar.sh. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise.
6. Self-hosted deployments
Self-hosted deployments are provided under a separate license arrangement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, a self-hosted license permits you to run the Nyraxis software within your own infrastructure for your internal use, and does not permit redistribution, resale, or offering the software as a service to third parties.
7. Intellectual property
Your data. You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service (agent traces, prompts, outputs, scan configurations) and to the reports generated for you. You grant us only the limited right to process that data to provide the Service.
Our platform. We own the Service itself: the software, attack libraries, evaluation models, templates, documentation, and the Nyraxis brand. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Security testing is inherently best-effort: a red-team scan identifies the vulnerabilities it finds, but no scan can guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities or that every attack vector has been covered. A passing scan is not a certification of security. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyraxis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from or relating to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you are on a free plan.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Edge Private Limited, its directors, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service (including any scan or testing activity conducted without proper authorization) or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for unauthorized testing activity, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and where appropriate we will notify account holders by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
