Cookies & privacy choices

Sign-in uses session and authentication-related cookies, including secure-prefixed variants over HTTPS. These support sign-in, verification, selected organization and security flows. The current server session lifetime is one day with renewal during use; individual flow cookies can have shorter lifetimes.

The theme preference and selected interface state may use local storage. The nyraxis-privacy-v1 record stores your optional analytics choice, version and time for up to 180 days. The optional analytics service may also store an opt-in/out preference flag when initialized; it is not an analytics identity. These preferences are stored on your browser and can be removed through its settings. Blocking authentication storage can prevent sign-in.

When configured and allowed, the analytics service receives bounded product-area and feature events, technical browser information and an in-memory identifier. This application does not enable persistent analytics storage, automatic click capture, user identification by name/email, session recording, surveys or feature-flag requests. Queries and referrers are removed from event properties.

Rejecting, ignoring the prompt, an expired choice, or Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off. Withdrawing stops subsequent capture; it does not delete information already received. Contact us for a deletion request. No advertising tags are installed by this implementation.

Cal.com loads on an explicit calendar request. Polar checkout, Google/GitHub sign-in and configured CAPTCHA can have their own storage and processing when those features are used. Review the relevant provider notices. A Nyraxis analytics choice does not grant blanket permission to a third-party site.

Unloading an embedded calendar stops its embedded page; it does not remove storage the provider already set. Browser controls can remove third-party site storage.

Use the controls above at any time; acceptance and rejection have equal prominence. The service remains available when you reject optional analytics. Your choice applies to this browser, not every device or subdomain. With blocked storage, it cannot survive a full reload. Contact compliance@nyraxis.io for questions.

Infrastructure access and security logging are separate from browser analytics; disabling optional analytics does not disable records necessary to operate the service.
